The competition is tough – mimicking the lives of entrepreneurs and innovators. Livelihoods – theirs and others – literally hang in the balance. The show is driven by Backers who ultimately decide who stays with a shot at R1million and who faces the proverbially noose.

In taking traditional entertainment to the next level, viewers help determine the outcome by investing in contestants via a virtual stock exchange or by offering actual physical support. It’s essentially a new genre of entertainment in which gaming meets reality television. Live!
